FMCG products are sold in high volume with a low margin. The FMCG Industry deals in everyday items we purchase and these products are such as toiletries, cosmetics, cigarettes, alcohol, confectionary, health care, household cleaning products and personal care. 

A hospital is a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized health science and auxiliary healthcare staff and medical equipment. The best-known type of hospital is the general hospital, which typically has an emergency department to treat urgent health problems ranging from fire and accident victims to a sudden illness.

TERMS FOR PLACEMENTS

Ppretium Placement bears all of the costs related to candidate sourcing, reference checks, background checks, and advertising. If the business rejects a resource sourced by Ppretium Placement and wants to bring the same resource on-board within 6 months afterwards, it will be considered a Ppretium Placement candidate and your Organisation pays the full fee applicable for the resource. Ppretium Placement’s professional fee is guaranteed for a ninety (90) day period, if the candidate voluntarily resigns within that period. Ppretium Placement provides 100% free replacement.


SCOPE OF SERVICES

Search of right candidate/s as per the details and the selection criteria specified by the clients through detailed Job Description. Initial screening of candidates through interviews and /or written tests before sending the CVs of shortlisted candidates to the client. Basic orientation about client firm’s profile and services will be provided to the candidate before their appearance for final interview so that they are better prepared. Scheduling the right number of candidates for the interview, so that client gets a fair option of selecting the right candidate. Assistance in coordination between client and short listed candidate/s for the “final selection interview” by client.

 

METHODOLOGY

We will adopt following steps to ensure the best available candidates are provided to client for the purpose of conducting interview and eventually selection

Client Specifications: Understanding the specific client requirements in terms of job specifications, salary structure, number required and other terms through personal meetings and/or written document.

Profile Generation: Searching of suitable profile of candidates as per the specification provided by the client from our database and (if required) from external sources.

Initial Screening: First Set of interviews/ written test (for Soft Skills) will be conducted by our project coordinators to shortlist the candidates.

Short listing of candidates and orientation: Shortlisted CVs are sent to client, who in return further shortlist the candidates as per their requirements. Once decided by the clients, which candidates will be called for final interview, a brief orientation/introduction will be given to candidate/s about the client’s profile and their requirements. In case, the candidates are coming from far off distance, process of orientation will be carried out on telephone.

Interview: Interviews for vacancies are coordinated with clients. Project Coordinators confirms the selection of candidate from clients and intimate the same to the candidate with other requisite information like date of joining etc.

Replacement: Project Coordinators from DJ-S will remain in touch with representative of our client, and in case it is found that any candidate has left the job before stipulated time, DJ-S will arrange for new candidates for free replacement.

TERMS OF REPLACEMENT:

We will provide free replacement for given vacancies for 3 1 / 2 months. This essentially means, that if candidate/s sent by us leaves the job for which he/she was selected, we will facilitate free replacement of that candidate till the period of contract.

Though we will facilitate free replacements without delay as professional commitment to the client, but in no way client can hold us responsible for candidate/s leaving the job. Once the candidates have been interviewed, shortlisted and appointed by the client directly, Ppretium Placement has absolutely no say in their internal matter.

Replacement will be provided, only if the profile and salary package of candidate remains unchanged by the client. Any changes in the same will be treated as a fresh order and not as replacement.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rejected Candidates: Clients cannot appoint any candidate/s (till Five months from the date of interview) who were interviewed but rejected. If at all, clients feel to recruit the rejected candidate, they are kindly requested to inform us for billing purpose.

Ppretium Placement does not take responsibility of any activity of the candidate during pre- or post- employment. Client will not hold us responsible for any deeds or misdeeds of the employee. It is the total responsibility and discretion of employer to appoint or remove the candidate at their will.

All disputes are subject to Navi Mumbai jurisdiction only
